Laughter Yoga is a unique concept that combines a series of laughter exercises with childlike playfulness. Through deep belly laughter and stretching, yogic breathing takes place. The body doesn't know the difference between real and simulated laughter, so while participating for 10-15 minutes of LY along with eye contact, the laughter becomes genuine and contagious. Laughter Yoga's benefits are immense and have been scientifically proven.

I wanted to meet other ladies from ages 35 to 50. on the "west side" in the Orange Park/ Clay county area who want to get out and do things with other ladies. We will have planned activities in the area, but you are welcome to make one on one plans because the main goal of this group is to make friends! Any member is welcome to create a meetup on her own.
