Laugh for No Reason! Laughter Yoga Clubs practice laughing as a physical exercise seperate from the emotions associated with humor and comedy. All are Welcome! Come laugh with us for freeeee! We meet the 1st Tuesday of the month at the Lunds in Plymouth. 6:30-7:15pm. Mary--certified laughter leader AND laugher extraordinaire--will lead you in laughter exercises that will knock yer sox off and really get those endorphins flyin'. No yoga poses, just lots of laughing and breathing. Bring water, but don't bring a mat. Come as you are!!
We gather to explore various ways to connect with ourselves and with others. Through dancing, laughter, drumming, yoga, singing, sharing, learning, exploring, stretching our bodies and minds, we are building shared visions for our community. After a great start in November, Healing Chants, Kirtan, and Lullabies Singing Workshop is officially launched. Each month we meet, you'll get to sing healing chants from around the world.
